Puke party!?

Today I must deal with the aftermath of last night’s wedding. A group in which I spent mucho amounts of time trying to please so they would not only book their wedding with us but also STAY booked with us. That mom was a tough cookie to crack! However, their ceremony could not have been more perfect, their sunset could not have been more perfect and when I went to say my good-byes; they could not have been more thankful for the work I had done for them. Now onto the aftermath. How about a dozen people violently ill from being served slimy, spoiled FISH! Thank you award winning chef for your contribution to my couple’s special day. Could you imagine?! I just envision the bride in mid-toss of her bouquet and people dropping like flies on the dance floor, puking their guts out. Hopefully, they all made it back to their hotel rooms in time but I was not there so I will draw my own conclusions Really though, can you think of anything worse happening on your wedding day? Besides of course being stood up! Which has only happened once here… Once where our groom of the day fled the scene only minutes before the music was to start! Sorry little lady but we can only guide them down the aisle; we can’t hunt them down and drag them. Maybe you should consider a hit man! Which is exactly what I’m going to consider for our obvious problems in the banquet kitchen! This may also be out of poor taste to bring up but, the money that will be refunded to these poor newlyweds is also going to lower the amount of commission I will make. Does anybody else think this is less than fair?
