Entering Private time!

So I have decided to take our Blogger/Reader relationship to a bit more personal level. I understand that although talking about weddings can sometimes be fun, other times there are a lot of "had to be there" moments.

I left work today at about 9pm. I tried to talk my bride into having her rehearsal this evening a bit earlier then 8pm but I was clearly unsuccessful. For the second day in a row I'm leaving work with my gym clothes in tote and instead of heading directly to the gym, I pass the street it is on and catch the next road that is home to one of my favorite eateries/drinkeries. I've decided to treat myself to a four course meal. Course 1, I had a glass of wine. Course 2 I had a Smoked Salmon entree drizzled with a lemon butter sauce. Course 3, I had a Chocolate Crème Brule which may have been a glorified chocolate pudding but OMG it was SO good! Course 4, I had more wine.

Dining by myself has never really been a problem. I talk to people all day long and don't mind some quiet, good people watching time. As I'm sitting in the restaurant waiting for my "course 2" to arrive, two guys in terrible multi-colored button up shirts walk in. The types that obviously dine at the same establishment often as they had to make it known to all that they were in the building. They seemed to have a very "Night at the Roxbury" type of persona. One even tried to holler things out at me from across the room, as I (pathetically) sat by my lonesome, when the other snuck away to the restroom. However, before having the opportunity to delve into my “course 3” one of these colorfully dressed men decides to join the other so they are now sitting together on the same side of the table and they begin to caress each other. Excuse me for a moment to be stereotypical as my confusion has set in; isn’t one of the biggest reasons every woman, who does not already have one, has dreamt of having her own gay male companion, because of their sense of style?! Clearly these gay men had missed the boat that the style gods were rowing!
